• Adult Farrell Residents - Entitled to free library cards with the presentation of two forms of ID showing a Farrell address. One must be a photo ID.
• Juvenile Farrell Residents - Entitled to free library cards with parent's signature on card application.
• Out-of-town residents - Family cards are available for $15.00/year or $8.00/6 months. (The Borough of Wheatland pays the library for its residents who have school age children.)
• Access PA card holders - Entitled to use the library with the presentation of their home library card and completion of a card application.
