City Treasurer
The City Treasurer has a 4 year term of office elected by qualified voters of Farrell. He/she receives a fixed salary, to be provided by ordinance. The City Treasurer receives all money payable to the City from whatever source and keeps record.
Melissa Cannone
Elected in May 2011, Melissa Cannone is serving her third four-year term. Prior to that, she was the Assistant Tax Collection for 16 years. She and her husband are life-long residents of the City of Farrell and together have two children. Her husband is a retired Farrell Firefighters. Mrs. Cannone is currently seeking her fourth term as full-time City Treasurer for the residents of the City of Farrell.
